Pricing & Payment

Pricing for a single trade takeoff depends on the complexity and size of your project. We’ll always confirm the exact cost before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
No. We confirm your price upfront before work starts, and that’s what you pay.
Get in touch to discuss your first project with us we’re happy to talk through how we can help before you commit to anything larger.
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and other online payment options. Payment details are provided once your estimate is confirmed.
Yes. Larger and more complex projects take more time to measure and price accurately, and that’s reflected in the final cost. We’ll always walk you through this before starting.
No. If something in your estimate needs adjusting, reach out to our team and we’ll take another look.

Turnaround & Delivery

Most estimates are turned around within 1 to 2 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the project and how complete the drawings are.

If you’re working to a tight deadline, let us know when you send your project over and we’ll do what we can to prioritize it.

Estimates are delivered digitally, so you can review them straight away and share them on with your team or client as needed.

Generally yes bigger projects with more trades or more complex scopes take longer to measure and price than a small, single-trade job.
We’ll work with what’s available and let you know what that means for the estimate whether it’s enough for a full figure or better suited to a preliminary one.

Yes. Send through any updated drawings or addenda and we’ll adjust the estimate to reflect the changes.

Submitting Your Project

Send your drawings and any specifications over through the website or by email, and our team will take it from there.
Project drawings are the starting point, along with specifications and scope details where you have them. The more complete the information, the easier it is to put together an accurate estimate.
PDF is the most common format we work from, though we can usually accommodate other common drawing formats too just ask if you’re unsure.
Send what you have. We’ll review it and let you know what level of estimate is realistic based on the information available.
It helps if you do. Letting us know your deadline when you submit means we can plan the turnaround around it where possible.
Yes, your drawings and project details are treated as confidential and used only for preparing your estimate.

Quality & Revisions

Accuracy comes down to working carefully from the drawings and specifications you provide and applying current material and labour costs. The completeness of your documentation has a direct effect on how precise the figures can be.
Yes. Estimates are checked before they’re sent to you, to catch any errors in quantities or pricing before you see the final figures.
We don’t offer a fixed accuracy guarantee, as every estimate depends on the quality and completeness of the drawings and specifications supplied. What we can commit to is a careful, consistent process and a willingness to revisit figures if something doesn’t look right.
